Ventura County Jaycees - The VC Jaycees (also known as the Ventura County Junior Chamber) is the local Chapter of the United States Jaycees and Junior Chamber International (JCI). Founded in 1920, the Jaycees membership is comprised of individuals between the ages of 21-41 who desire to develop their leadership skills through leadership training, individual development and community service.
